Having a phone screen bust to the point of complete blackness, just before heading out on holiday, was not a fun experience. Nonetheless, the people at FixitNU did their absolute best to make sure the phone was ready on time.  Not only were they friendly and accommodating to us and our requests, but after realizing the screen needed adjustments due to an unforeseen circumstance,  they immediately rectified the situation and the phone is as good as new!!

I have been to Fixitnu in order to buy a charger for my old MacBook Pro form 2012. I had a problem with the new charger but they immediately changed it for me without discussions. Furthermore, they suggested me to modify the hard disk memory with a flash one, in order to speed up my unit.

So helpful and quick! I came in this past week immediately after my laptop screen had gotten cracked and completely destroyed. I heavily rely on my laptop for work and cannot be without it for days on end. Much to my surprise they were able to fix my laptop within 15 mins. Talk about impressive! The SIM tray in my phone (LG G6) was broken. Before coming to FixitNu, I visited another service and was told that not only the SIM tray is broken but also the SIM reader might be damaged expecting total repair cost to be between 140-160 EUR. Recommendation was to buy a new phone instead. When I came to FixitNu I was told the same story, but the expected cost is said to be 10 EUR for the SIM tray or 65 EUR in case that the SIM reader needs to be replaced. I left my phone and next day FixitNu informed me that only the SIM tray was problem and the total repair cost stays at 10 EUR. I could not believe what I heard. Such professionalism and honest approach to customers I have not met for years. Highly recommended services!!!
